Ready to request your volunteer bond refund?

If you've completed your annual volunteer commitment (10 hours for individual memberships or 20 hours for family memberships), please complete the form below to request your refund.

2026 Volunteer Bond Deadline — Monday, 23 November

All volunteer hours must be completed and refund requests submitted by Monday, 23 November 2026.

Our volunteer committee wraps up for the year at the AGM on Sunday, 29 November and takes a well-earned break over December and early January. This deadline allows us time to finalise and process refunds before the end of the year.

As outlined in our Club By-Laws, volunteer bonds are assessed annually and do not roll over into the following year.
