Grounds Status

To protect our riding surfaces and maintain safe conditions for horses and riders, FTPEC may temporarily close some or all facilities following wet weather.

While the arena surface may appear dry, the underlying base can remain saturated and susceptible to damage. Riding in these conditions can cause significant damage and result in costly repairs.

Our Grounds Subcommittee monitors conditions and determines when facilities are suitable to reopen. Note this is done by volunteers.

Please check the grounds status below before visiting FTPEC and respect all closures to help us maintain our facilities for everyone to enjoy.
