Are you thinking of running a large clinic that requires exclusive access to the facilities or a competition? You can hire the entire grounds to host an event by following the steps below:

Step 1: Review our Costs & Inclusions to determine the most appropriate hire type.

Step 2: Complete the Request to Hire form. FTPEC will review your request and if approved, send you the booking link to book the facility.

Step 3: Book the facility using the booking link sent to you. Note card details will be collected at the time of booking however, payment will not be taken until 2 day’s out from event.

Step 4: During your event, ensure to follow our Event Checklist to ensure your bond is refunded.

Step 5: After your event, complete the Bond Refund Request form to trigger the bond return process.
