The plan will outline our vision, priorities and objectives, with a focus on supporting our members, strengthening our equestrian community and ensuring the club remains sustainable for generations to come.

Master Facility Plan

FTPEC has been working in collaboration with Luke Jones Architects since March 2025 to develop a comprehensive Master Facility Plan, with the planning process continuing through to the end of 2026.

The plan will establish a long-term vision for the development and improvement of our grounds and facilities, with a focus on enhancing safety, accessibility and functionality for horses, riders, members and visitors.

Designed to make the most of our unique 40-acre riverfront location, the Master Facility Plan will guide future infrastructure investment and staged improvements as funding and resources become available.
