Acknowledgement of FTPEC Media Protocol *

Definitions Photographers – Engage in photographing all competitors/participants as directed by the Organising Committee (OC). Videographers – Engage in filming all competitors/participants as directed by the OC. Content Creators – Provide contracted content to a select number of customers confirmed in advance of the event. Customers must be confirmed prior to the event. Content creators may not sell content publicly after the event. 1) Annual Validity and Agreement a. This protocol is valid for the calendar year. b. All media establishments must read and submit this protocol prior to engaging in any work for or at FTPEC events. 2) Blue Card Requirement a. All individuals must attach current evidence of a valid Blue Card, in accordance with Queensland Government child safety requirements. b. A copy of the card must be submitted with this signed protocol. 3) Social Media Etiquette a. FTPEC must be appropriately tagged in all social media posts relating to content created at the club or its events. Instagram: @ftp_equestrianclub Facebook: Fig Tree Pocket Equestrian Club b. Content must be respectful, positive, and reflective of the club’s community and horse welfare and EA values. 4) Professional Conduct on Grounds a. All media must be kind, courteous, and respectful to all members, competitors and volunteers. b. Please be mindful of not obstructing officials, judges, or competitors during events. 5) Event Coverage a. Coverage will be coordinated by the FTPEC Marketing Team or Organising Committee (OC) and you agree to follow their directions. b. Media must be responsive to requests and direction regarding which events or moments to capture. 6) Image Sharing & Usage a. A minimum of four (4) high-resolution images or 1 reel of up to 60 seconds per event day must be provided to FTPEC for use on social media within 48 hours of the end of the event. b. FTPEC agrees to acknowledge the creator when sharing your images or content online. c. You agree these images or content may be used on the FTPEC website or in printed collateral. 7) Breach of Protocol Breaching any part of this protocol may result in the individual or organisation not being invited to provide media services at future FTPEC events.

I declare that I have read and agree to abide by the protocols as set out above. I acknowledge that failure to follow the protocols set out above may result in my status as 'FTPEC Approved Media' may be cancelled.
